The response time for business-stopping issues under the Standard Success plan is best effort within 2 days during business hours.
The Signature Success plan includes a dedicated Technical Account Manager, Expert Coaching Sessions, onboarding and implementation strategy, technical discovery, solution proposal, plan for application scaling, application performance assessment, baseline Postgres assessment, operational review, technical health architecture design review, key event management, application deployment support, and health checks and recommendations.
