Gust Launch is a SaaS platform that facilitates legal, financial, accounting, and back-office operations for founders. It is designed to support for-profit startups that intend to grow rapidly, raise money in the US, and eventually exit.

After incorporation, Gust Launch provides guided workflows to help you issue Common Stock. You answer a few questions about the number of shares and vesting schedule, and the platform automatically generates the legal paperwork for electronic signing. The stock grantee will also receive an 83(b) election form for potential tax benefits.

Gust Launch Accelerate customers can access a directory of legal partners curated by Gust Launch. When you express interest, you will receive a few randomly generated partner options filtered by geography and industry. Gust Launch does not charge legal partners to be listed in the directory.
