You can delete your Glovo account by using the form available on the main website under Contact us > Not related to an order > Policies, or in the App under Help > Not related to an order > Policies. You can also exercise your rights by clicking HERE or contacting gdpr@glovoapp.com.
To place an order, first add a debit or credit card in the 'Manage payment methods' section of your profile. Then, set your delivery address and choose the correct city. If you have a promo code, validate it in your profile. You can either buy something from a partner store or send something using a courier. Follow the steps for your chosen option, and a courier will deliver it to you.
The delivery cost is optimized by distance, so the closer the delivery, the cheaper it is. For courier services, the app calculates the distance and shows the total delivery cost. For store orders, the delivery cost is pre-established and visible before confirming the order. Occasionally, there may be a price difference, and Glovo will handle it accordingly. Night deliveries may have an extra service charge.
Glovo Prime is a subscription service that offers free deliveries for selected stores and exclusive promotions. The included stores may vary depending on your location. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel it, and you can unsubscribe at any time with no commitment.
You can change your preferred payment method by going to your profile details and adding or removing cards. Once updated, the change will be immediate, allowing you to continue ordering.
You can order a wide variety of products, including food, groceries, pharmacy items, presents, snacks, and more. Glovo delivers anything you need within your city, as long as it fits within the size and weight limits (under 9 kg and fits in a 40x40x30 cm box).
You can schedule an order by selecting the option to schedule it and choosing your preferred delivery time. To change or cancel a scheduled order, go to your scheduled order and click 'Cancel order'. You won't be charged for canceling, and you can then place a new order with your updated details.
If you received an incomplete or incorrect order, go to your profile on the app and click 'Help'. Glovo will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
