If you fail to update your billing information, Freedcamp will continue to charge the payment method on file. If they are unable to charge you due to a billing error, they reserve the right to cancel your current subscription plan and issue a credit until the billing error is resolved.

Yes, you must let Freedcamp know within sixty (60) days after the date that Freedcamp invoices you. After 60 days, all amounts paid are non-refundable.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of your local residence) to use Freedcamp. Users under 13 are not allowed to use the service unless they have parental or guardian permission. If Freedcamp becomes aware that a user under 13 is using the service without permission, the account will be deactivated.

Yes, Freedcamp reserves the right to use your user name and company as a reference on their site for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be used as a reference, you can contact legal@freedcamp.com to opt out.
