Instead of watching hours of recordings, you get the highlights like key themes, responsibilities, and next steps, which are all tied back to the original meeting. Access is always limited to the people who were part of the meeting or who have permission in Fellow.

Yes. Once you connect Zoom, Fellow automatically recognizes recurring series such as weekly standups, project updates, or regular 1:1s. Each instance gets its own transcript and recap, but they all live together in Fellow so you can track progress across the series. This way, nothing slips through the cracks from week to week.

Fellow is GDPR compliant, SOC 2 Type II compliant, uses AES 256-bit encryption, and has intrusion detection systems in place. Any data sent to an AI vendor is immediately deleted within the LLM.
