Fellow + Zapier

Fellow's Zapier integration connects your AI meeting notes, action items, and talking points to thousands of other tools automatically. It works in both directions, allowing Fellow to act as a trigger or an action. For example, Fellow can update your CRM after every sales call, create tasks in Asana or Jira, post meeting summaries to Slack, or save notes to Confluence or Notion on demand.

To set up the Zapier integration with Fellow, go to 'User Settings' in Fellow, then navigate to 'Apps & Integrations', find Zapier, and click 'Connect' to authorize. In Zapier, pick Fellow in the Trigger step, sign in, test the trigger, choose a destination app, map fields, test, and publish the workflow.

When Fellow generates an AI meeting note or recap, Zapier can use that event as a trigger. Each time new AI notes are created, they can automatically kick off a workflow, such as creating tasks in Asana, sending a summary to Slack, or saving the recap to Google Drive. You can also add filters and run AI prompts inside Zapier to further summarize or reformat the notes before sending them to other tools.

Fellow takes your privacy and security seriously. Your meeting data is never shared with AI models, and you control who can access your meeting records and notes. Fellow is GDPR compliant, SOC 2 Type II compliant, uses AES 256-bit encryption, and has intrusion detection systems. Any data sent to an AI vendor is immediately deleted within the LLM, and provisions are in place to ensure customer data is not used to train AI models.
