FAQ
The recruiting process varies by practice, role, and location. EY aims to provide an update within a timely manner after your application submission date. Recruiters and professionals will stay in touch with you throughout the process.
For professionals, you can reach out to your experienced-hire recruiter or recruiting coordinator for questions regarding next steps or onboarding. You'll participate in Welcome to EY (WTEY), a two-day firmwide orientation program. For students, you'll receive your confirmed start date and onboarding action items a few months prior to the start of your position.
EY wants to get to know you and understand your interests, skills, and experiences. Spend time on their website learning about EY and the business area you're interested in. Be prepared to articulate your areas of interest and skills. After submitting your application, you'll receive an email confirmation, and if your qualifications match, a recruiter will contact you.
EY offers internships throughout the year. Applications for summer internships are available starting in the fall of the previous year and are reviewed on a rolling basis. Applications for student programs are offered year-round and are reviewed and accepted based on the program's qualifications.
EY offers summer and winter internships and student programs for undergraduates, MBA, and advanced-degree students. These internships provide experiences, networking, and learning and development opportunities to help launch your EY career. You'll work on transformative projects, hone important skills, and network with world-class talent.
Internships are not required but are always encouraged. EY understands that not everyone has had the opportunity to pursue an EY internship, and participating in an EY internship will not affect the status of your application for a full-time role at EY.
