On average, most requests are completed within two days or less. More complex requests may take longer and are often broken down into smaller tasks.
After subscribing, you will receive an email with a link to your platform to add requests and a link to your Stripe customer portal to manage your subscription. You will also be invited to a Slack channel where your dedicated project manager will assist you.
Communication is primarily through the platform and Slack for general details. Meetings are only scheduled when urgent issues arise and require immediate clarification.
Yes, you can pause your subscription. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. If you pause after using the service for 10 days, you will have 21 days of service remaining to use at any time in the future.
