There is no fixed limit, but it depends on each participant's computing resources. Typically, around 10 users can join a session, depending on bandwidth and computing power.
Yes, security is a top priority. CoScreen uses peer-to-peer (P2P) connections for two participants. For more than two, it relies on Jitsi, an open-source video infrastructure with DTLS-SRTP encryption and HIPAA compliance.
