Log in to the Conga Community. To submit cases and view the case dashboard, you must be a designated Super-User. Go to https://community.conga.com/s/case-management or select Support on the top menu of the Conga Community home page. On the Case management page, click Open a case. After submittal, you will receive a confirmation email with your case number and severity level.
First, ensure the email isn't in a spam filter. Your password reset instructions should arrive within 15 minutes. If you need additional assistance, email community@conga.com or call Conga Support at 866-502-3334.

No. All cases must be submitted via the Customer Community. To submit a case, you must be a Community Admin or Super User for your company.
Case collaborators are colleagues like an admin or support contact who can add to a case, receive updates, respond to emails, and provide details to assist in resolving cases quickly.
Yes. All cases will be moved to the new Conga Customer Community, and you’ll be able to see cases submitted by you and your colleagues on behalf of your organization.
