If the guest sees the message 'You’ve connected from elsewhere,' it could be because the same link was shared with multiple guests or due to security software disrupting the connection. In such cases, use a Shareable link, which allows multiple people to join.
Log in to Cleanfeed, select the settings (gear) icon next to your local audio, and use the drop-down menu to choose your desired audio device.
Cleanfeed is in beta testing for guests only on iPhone or iPad using Safari. You cannot host a session from these devices, but you can use them to join as a guest for better audio quality than a phone call.
The number of guests depends on your subscription plan. For Cleanfeed Pro and Cinema studios, practical resource limits like network capacity may apply. Most users have fewer than 5 guests, but some manage 5-10 or more. Stay within the Voice optimised or Voice high-performance settings for best performance.
No, Cleanfeed records audio live and does not require syncing recordings later. This allows for live content and ensures audio privacy through encryption. The live audio quality is optimized for high performance.
Log in to Cleanfeed and access the Subscription Centre via the profile button in the top right. All actions, including changes or cancellations, can be managed there.
Yes, but only for guests. Ensure your Firefox or Safari browser is up-to-date. The Cleanfeed studio is not officially supported on these browsers, but we maintain it on a best-efforts basis. Feedback or bug reports are welcome to improve support.
