You can add a URL using a button list or horizontal list block. Click on the button, go to Behaviour, choose Open Webview, add the URL in the Web URL box, and then Publish - Update.
To use the calendar feature, you need to: 1) Click on a button, choose Open Webview, select Date and Time, choose a date format, and Publish - Update. 2) Go to Publishing Configuration, add http://webview.botstar.com to Whitelisted Domains, Save, and Publish - Update. For Branded-app accounts, use http://webview.chatbot4messenger.com/ instead.
In the Properties bar, choose CMS under Quick Response, enable Use CMS Data, click on the text areas, type the information, and insert variables. Make sure to enable Expect User Response to save chat users' responses.
Go to CMS, add a new field for the link, add the links you want, and Publish - Update. Then, in the flow, click on the button, choose Open Webview, select {entity.link} in Web URL, and Publish - Update.
You need to add Update Variables blocks after chat users give their answers. For example, to capture a user's name, create a variable, ask for the name, enable Expect User Response, add an Update Variables block, set Variable Name to {response.Names}, and Publish - Update.

Use Tags to mark VIP customers. Go to Reports & Insights, Audience, add a tag, and then add conditions for the Tag. When VIP customers enter the flow, the condition will direct them to the Promotion Program module.
Click on the connector, add a condition, choose Channel, and set it to Website or Messenger. This will direct users from each channel to their specific flows.
