Extract the downloaded zip file, then select the font files (.ttf, .otf, or .fon) and right-click to install. Alternatively, place the files in the Fonts folder (C:\Windows\Fonts or C:\WINNT\Fonts). For Windows 10/8/7/Vista, use the right-click install method. For older versions, drag and drop the files to the desktop first, then into the Fonts folder.

Double-click the font file and click 'Install font' in the preview. Alternatively, place the files in /Library/Fonts (for all users) or /Users/Your_username/Library/Fonts (for you only). Mac OS 9 or earlier fonts are not supported.

Copy the font files (.ttf or .otf) to fonts:// in the File manager. Alternatively, go to /home, show hidden files, and copy the fonts to the .fonts folder. Some Linux versions (like Ubuntu) allow double-clicking the font file and clicking 'Install font' in the preview.

Your recipient can only see fonts installed on their computer. Avoid using non-standard fonts in emails or instant messages unless you're sure the recipient has them installed. Otherwise, they'll see a default font like Times New Roman.

The fonts are either freeware, shareware, demo versions, or public domain. The license is indicated above the download button, but always check the readme file or the author's website for details. If no author or license is listed, it doesn't mean the font is free.

Publication is not automatic. Each font is reviewed before being accepted. If accepted, you'll receive an email once it's online. If rejected, no email is sent.

Many fonts on this site are freeware or shareware and may not include stressed letters, figures, or certain punctuation. You can check the character map for a font by clicking on it to see what's included.

First, restart the application where you want to use the font. Make sure you copied the .ttf file (not the zip) into the Fonts folder. If it still doesn't work, try rebooting your computer.
