Qualifying purchases occur when a customer clicks through a Special Link on your site to an Amazon site and, within 24 hours, purchases a product (excluding digital products) or adds it to their cart and completes the order within 89 days. The product must be shipped, streamed, or downloaded within 180 days of purchase.

Purchases are disqualified if they occur after termination of your agreement, involve cancellations or refunds, are referred through prohibited paid search placements (e.g., ads using Amazon or Kindle trademarks), or are made via redirecting links or search engines. Additionally, purchases not correctly tracked or reported due to improperly formatted links are disqualified.

Standard commission income is calculated as a percentage of qualifying revenue, which is the amount Amazon receives from a qualifying purchase minus shipping charges, taxes, fees, and other deductions. The exact percentage is outlined in the Appendix of the Commission Income Statement.

Bounty Events are special programs where you earn additional commission income when a customer clicks through a Special Link on your site to a bounty-specific homepage and completes a specified action (e.g., registration). These events are available in select countries and are subject to disqualification if there is abuse or violation of the Program Documents.

Any violation of the Associates Program Participation Requirements, IP License, or Amazon Influencer Program Policy is deemed a material breach of the Agreement. This may result in termination of your participation in the program and the loss of rights and obligations under certain sections of the Agreement.

Yes, you must comply with the Associates Program Trademark Guidelines. Using Amazon trademarks (e.g., 'Amazon', 'Kindle') in paid search placements (e.g., ads, bidding on keywords) is prohibited and may disqualify purchases from earning commissions.
