Xoyondo tries to collect as little personal information as possible. Almost all user inputs, such as email addresses, during the setup of a poll or message board are optional. However, some personal data is necessary to provide the services. Xoyondo will never give, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent.
Polls and message boards are deleted after two years of inactivity, meaning no votes, comments, or modifications have occurred in that time. If you need your poll to be available beyond that, you can contact Xoyondo for assistance.
Yes, participants can modify their responses if they use the same browser where they originally voted or if they save their personal poll link. Alternatively, administrators can enable 'Simplified editing' to allow participants to edit votes from any device.
Yes, users with a business subscription can customize the poll design with their logo and custom color schemes.
