Log in to the Conga Community. You must be a designated Super-User. Go to the Case management page and click Open a case. You will receive a confirmation email with your case number and severity level.

No. All cases must be submitted through the Conga Customer Community. You must be a Community Admin or Super User to submit a case.
Conga uses industry best practices for severities. P0 maps to Level 1 (Critical), P1/P2 to Level 2 (Urgent), P3 to Level 3 (High), and P4 to Level 4 (Medium). Use the descriptions provided to determine the appropriate level.
Yes. All previous cases have been moved to the Conga Customer Community. You can view them by logging in and selecting Support > Cases from the main menu.
Only Community Admins or Super Users can submit cases on behalf of your organization. If you’re not one of these users, contact your internal admin or support contact.
Case collaborators are colleagues like admins or support contacts who can add to a case, receive updates, and respond to emails to help resolve issues faster.
