The Jumpseller Mobile App allows you to manage orders, receive notifications, browse and edit order history, update payment and shipment status, use route navigation and GPS tracking for carriers, filter and order shipping, add/create customers, create products, and create orders with the POS feature.
You can enable Courier Delivery for shipping methods like Free, Table Rates, and Flat Rates. This allows you to set a default estimated delivery time, which is calculated when a courier picks up an order and displayed to the client.
The buyer will see an indication for the shipping method during checkout if the address is valid. They can also see a map to adjust the location, track the courier's route in real-time, and receive email notifications with a 'Track Order' button.
You can grant couriers access by adding a 'Courier' role in the accounts section of your admin panel. Orders marked as 'ready for pickup' will appear in the courier's app for delivery.
Go to 'All orders', select the order, ensure it is in preparation, then click 'Fulfill Order' > 'Integrated Fulfillment'. Select the 'Own Fleet' option to enable the live map.
