Favor is a delivery app made by Texans for Texans, offering delivery of food, drinks, and household essentials. You browse local restaurants and stores, place an order, and a Favor Runner picks up and delivers your items. You can text your Runner directly during delivery.
Yes, Favor delivers alcohol from various partners in select cities. You must be 21 or older with a valid ID and present it in person to the Runner upon delivery. Alcohol delivery hours may vary by location.
Favor suggests a tip based on the cost of items and distance. You can adjust the tip after delivery, and your Runner receives 100% of the tip. Avoid paying outside the app, as it won't count toward your order total.
Favor is cashless and accepts all major credit and debit cards. Prepaid cards or cards affiliated with a virtual bank may not be eligible. Payment information is stored securely for quick checkout.
You can cancel an order in the app before the Runner arrives at the store or restaurant. Tap the question mark in the top right corner of the order screen, then tap Cancel this Favor. Cancellation fees may apply if the order is already accepted or prepared.
If your order is active, contact your Runner via the phone or message icons. If the order is marked as delivered, contact Favor Support by tapping the question mark in the top right corner of the order screen.
No, all Favor orders are delivered on demand at the time you request them. While most orders arrive in 45 minutes or less, it's recommended to place your order 30 minutes to 1 hour ahead of time.
