Calendly Routing Forms

To connect your calendar, go to Availability → Calendar settings in Calendly. Select + Connect calendar account and choose your calendar type (e.g., Google, Outlook/Office 365, or Exchange). Sign in to your calendar account, allow access, select the calendars to check for conflicts, and choose where new bookings should go. Save your settings to complete the connection.

Calendly offers three embed options: inline embed (displays scheduling page directly on your site), pop-up text (opens scheduling page in a pop-up when clicked), and pop-up widget (adds a floating button that opens a pop-up). You can customize these options for different website providers.

To troubleshoot unavailable times, open the event type from your Scheduling page, select Preview, and click Troubleshoot. Choose the date and time that should be available, and review the list of reasons explaining why the time is not available.

Go to your Scheduling page and select the Event Type you want to edit. Under More options, find Limits and buffers, turn on Meeting limits, and choose how many times the Event Type can be booked per day, week, or month. Save your changes to apply the limits.

Go to the Scheduling page and select the event type you want to edit. Under More options, select Limits and buffers, then + Set buffer time. Add your preferred buffer time before and/or after the meeting and select Save changes.

Get your embed code from Calendly by selecting the three dots next to the event type or landing page, choosing how you want it to appear, and copying the code. In your WordPress dashboard, add a Custom HTML block or widget and paste the embed code. Publish or update the page to display the scheduler.
