To access the in-app support feature, click on the 'Support' button located in the bottom-left corner of the BuildShip interface. This will open the in-app support form where you can submit your message or question, include screenshots, add video links, and get direct help from the support team.
To include a copy of your workflow in a support request, ensure the workflow is open in the editor before opening the in-app support form. A checkbox to include the workflow will appear at the bottom of the form. Check this box to send the workflow to the support team.
To mark input fields as sensitive, open the Node Editor for the node containing the input, switch to the 'Params' tab, select the input, enable the 'Sensitive' toggle, and click 'Save'. Sensitive fields will be redacted from the workflow copy sent to the support team.
The in-app support system can assist with workflow issues (building, debugging, troubleshooting), node configuration, integration problems, general questions about BuildShip features, and error resolution.
Support requests submitted during business hours are typically responded to within 2-4 hours. Requests submitted outside business hours are usually addressed within 24 hours.
